Dear sir,
I am doing residency in Pathology from United States. HIV/AIDS is a big problem in my state here and back home in India but no where is it bigger than it is in Africa. I am looking to learn the Pathology of the infections that occur in HIV and use that knowledge in serving in Africa. Can you please suggest as to how may I be able to do such?
